Delivery Service
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, a tracked and insured service that requires a signature upon delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT/BST) may be processed the following business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1:00 PM the next business day after dispatch (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays)
- EU & International: Delivery timeframes vary by destination. Please allow 5–14 business days after dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs delays outside of our control.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number which will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Failed Deliveries
Royal Mail Special Delivery requires a signature. If no one is available to sign, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local delivery office.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. As Royal Mail Special Delivery is a fully insured service, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
